Reporting to the Facilities, EHS and Maintenance Manager,

Facilities and Projects Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and lead Facilities business plan.
• Efficient and timely execution of services to various departments and contracted providers.
• Ensure compliance to internal and external laws & regulations.
• Manage the design and implementation of all facilities engineering works and plant upgrades or modifications to customer requirement and corporate standards.
• Manage outsourced contracts and resolve supplier problems as required.
• Plan for Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure uptime of Facilities, equipment and services.
• Ensure Facilities compliance to Quality Assurance certification standards.
• Interact with the relevant departments on equipment, systems, and layout for current and future products.
• Coordinate the planning, execution and resourcing of Capital projects and monitor performance to ensure the achievement of contractual milestones.
• Drive Energy efficiency cost reduction programs to achieve Energy per unit metrics through best practices.

Requirements for the Facilities and Projects Supervisor Job

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business related.
• At least five years working experience in a manufacturing set up.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Good planning, project management, analytical, attention to detail and communication skills.
