Statistical Assistant, Population and Social Statistics at Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL)

Job Title: Statistical Assistant, Population and Social Statistics (Level 7)

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Officer, Population Statistics / County Statistical Officer, the Statistical Assistant will be assisting in the implementation of county activities.

Statistical Assistant Job Responsibilities

• Collecting Data;
• Preparing data summaries;
• Data entry and editing;
• Preparing Field Survey Reports;
• Any other duties assigned by the County Statistical Officer.

Qualifications for the Statistical Assistant Job

• Must have a Diploma in Statistics, Economics or related qualification from a recognized institution OR: Certificate in Statistics from a recognized institution with 3 (three)
• years progressive track record in statistical work in a public or a key private sector institution;
• Must possess basic computer skills;
• Must have good communication and inter personal skills;
• Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment;
• Must meet the requirements of chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
