    Customer Care Officer

    We are a fast growing national Cooperative with over 22,000 members and the head office in Westlands, Nairobi and a branch network. We intend to fill the position(s) below on a 2 year renewable contract.

     Job Responsibilities
    • Handling various routine inquiries received by phone and emails from internal and external stakeholder/Telephone management
    • Directing queries to relevant officers and ensuring that feedback is promptly given.
    • Following up on queries directed to relevant officers to ensure that Sacco SLA’s are adhered to.
    • Giving daily reports to supervisor on matters not closed and other matters that require attention.
    • Having Knowledge of all products in the Sacco and providing members with product and service information.
    • Managing and resolving member complaints.
    • Ensuring professional, timely, accurate and efficient flow of information to and from members and other stakeholders at all times.
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
    • Follow up on customer interactions and transactions

    Qualifications

    • At least a Diploma in customer care/ marketing/administration/ Public Relations /Communication.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/PR/Communication is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 2 years working experience in service industry.
    • Good knowledge of customer care and delivery of good services.
    • Knowledge of accounting, credit and lending principles and basic computer knowledge.
      Perfect listening, telephone management and communication skills.
      Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated track record of team work.
      Effective organization, time management and problem solving skills.
