    ICT Graduate Trainee

    • Are you an enterprising youthful person with passion to develop transformative IT solutions to solve societal problems?
    • Do you love web & mobile App development, graphics and analytics and have or is developing expertise in that area?
    • Do you have good grasp on IT security – networks, DBs and web security?

    Responsibilities

    • Support with design, development and support of web and mobile based software solutions for our business portfolio
    • Assembling and managing a team of smart web and mobile application developers to deliver web and mobile based solutions or engaging third party vendors to develop the solutions
    • Review our business model and develop or upgrade the tech solutions that can effectively drive the business
    • Train and support young developers to assist you develop and improve web and mobile based solutions to support our business portfolio
    • Ensure security of information systems, ICT infrastructure and web and mobile based solutions

    Requirements

    • Programming languages Java, PHP and Python
    • SQL and databases like MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server o Web servers like Tomcat or IIS
    • Concepts like MVC and REST
    • Agile development using SCRUM.
    • Continuous Integration and Content Delivery
    • Understanding of cloud computing
    • Ability to contribute to architecture discussions, helping the team to architect and design a system from the ground up o Mobile applications
