HR Assistant

An Electrical contracting company based in Nairobi is looking for a HR Assistant:-

Job Description Reporting to: HR HOD

Job Responsibilities
- Updating leave records
- Filing Hr documents
- Compiling sites attendance
- Handling HR correspondences
- Handling WIBA claims documentation
- Initial HR documentation and induction of site staff
- Preparing casual pay sheets for payment by accounts
- Handling personnel on attachment and ensuring stipends are paid
- Updating employment contracts
- Handling employees queries and complaints
Requirements
- Basic HR training- At least a certificate in HRM
- Good Computer knowledge
- At least two years’ experience in a busy HR Office
- Age: 22 years and above
