    HR Assistant

    An Electrical contracting company based in Nairobi is looking for a HR Assistant:-

    Job Description Reporting to: HR HOD

    Job Responsibilities

    • Updating leave records
    • Filing Hr documents
    • Compiling sites attendance
    • Handling HR correspondences
    • Handling WIBA claims documentation
    • Initial HR documentation and induction of site staff
    • Preparing casual pay sheets for payment by accounts
    • Handling personnel on attachment and ensuring stipends are paid
    • Updating employment contracts
    • Handling employees queries and complaints

    Requirements

    • Basic HR training- At least a certificate in HRM
    • Good Computer knowledge
    • At least two years’ experience in a busy HR Office
    • Age: 22 years and above
