Procurement Executive at Tetra Pak

Job Description

Tetra Pak East Africa is looking for a Procurement Execute who will Support logistic activities regarding Shipping and/or Warehouse to drive cost reduction, service levels, safety and effective utilization of warehouse and logistics activities.

• Run activities to ensure goods receipts from suppliers and deliveries to customer: Fill proper documentation for all goods in/out of factory (e.g., invoices, customs documentation)
• Run proper analyses to support resolve or support issues that might arise with port / customs / transportation company
• Run process in order to deliveries to customer (e.g., from port to customer site) and link factories to customers to shipping company / road transportation
• Bring suggestion to continuous improvement for the areas
• Cordinate operational activities for level K and J (if it is needed)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Shipping, warehouse, import and export.
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Related field.
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak)
• Computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
