Care Managing incoming calls from clients, troubleshooting problems, providing information and maintaining logs in the database.

Requirements
- At least a diploma in journalism, mass media production, or a business related course.
- Proficient in computer application programs
- Strong and sound phone etiquette, listening and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills
