Job Details:

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- A diploma in agriculture
- atleast 3 years working experience on cash and food crops{mainly coffee} and related intiatives.
- exprience in conducting farmer field school[FFS]
- Excellent oral and written communication skills .
- should have planning and manegerial skills.
- enough computer knowledge and skills.
- able to work independently.
