Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible for delivering support to end users in regard to the use of various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives; this includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers. S/he is also responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of in-house software applications, training programs and related courseware.
Key Responsibilities
- Trouble shoot and solve systems problems
- Carry out system requirements gathering and analysis
- Design and develop applications
- Carry application deployment and testing
- Training of users
- Carry out system DEMOS
- Carry out technical proposal writing
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science /Information Technology
- Experience with PHP programming and Web Content Management Systems (Joomla and WordPress)
At least 2 years’ experience in :
- C++/C#(ASP.NET web Development),
- HTML5,CSS,JavaScript,JQuery,
- Java and Android SDK
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision, EDRMS would be an added advantage.
