Based at the Corporate Office and reporting to the Performance and Capability Development Manager, this position will support the administration and implementation of performance management, talent development and learning strategies, policies, processes and procedures to achieve organizational objectives and support implementation of initiatives for continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.
Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in HR or any other Business related field and a Higher National Diploma in HR. In addition they must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar position.
