Residential Development Director at Robert Walters

This Executive role would suit a candidate with large scale residential development experience. The incumbent will be responsible for managing large scale residential development projects, this will be across affordable to high-end segments.

Requirements:

• Identify strategic profitable residential development opportunities
• Manage market studies, i.e. feasibility, concept of residential developments, financial appraisals and project deliverables
• The Group Head of Residential Development will be preparing business plans and managing marketing of the projects
• Min Experience – 15 years exp. In residential development with at least 5 years exp. Working in emerging markets, preferable Africa
• Min Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in real estate, development management, project management or related discipline
