    Front Office Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    Duties and responsibilities will entail: –

    • Handle all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail to ensure smooth running of activities and information in the Agency;
    • Ensure the reception lobby is clean and tidy at all times for a professional image of the Agency;
    • Maintain vigilance of any security threats and report any security issues to the appropriate office;
    • Ensure customer/client enquiries are escalated to the appropriate staff and reverted to the customer/client within the agreed turnaround time;
    • Receive, filter and transfer calls through the switchboard to the respective department for action; and
    • Report faults on the communication lines to the officer in charge.

    Requirements

    • For appointmentto this grade, a candidate must have: –
    • Diploma in Customer Care, Front Office Management, Secretarial Services;
    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade of at least C- (minus) or its recognized equivalent; and
    • A Certificate in Computer Applications.

    Method of Application

    • Higher education loans board
    • Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission.
    • Criminal Investigation Department (Certificate of Good Conduct)
    • Credit Reference Bureau.
