Proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end. Contribute to an increase in sales and maintain the company- client relationships at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new potential customers
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
• Monitor and report periodically on sales performance
• Manage key accounts
• Act as the point of contact for clients
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Ensure budget and time requirements are met
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition
• Establish best practices
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
• Compilation of reports as required from time to time
• Facilitate effective budgetary control activities
• Perform office administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Proven work experience in related field – sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and time-management skills
• Self-starter
