Banking IT Support Engineer at INTRASOFT International

Job description

We are looking for an inspired IT Support Engineer who will support INTRASOFT International’s banking Product PROFITS® in Kenya. PROFITS® is a modern, On-line, Real-time, customer-oriented integrated Information system for Banking and Financial Institutions that was designed and developed using CA Gen CASE TOOL of Computer Associates.

You will

Engage in the provisioning of installation and technical support services to customer sites in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
Provide technical consultancy to customers

You have

• Degree in Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
• Εxperience in System administration/support
• Knowledge of Unix or Windows Operating Systems
• Familiar with Relational Databases administration and installation (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server)
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

You may have (one or more)

• System administration: Installing/maintaining operating systems and virtualization platforms, anti-virus programs, email, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Network administration: Technical and administrative
• Backup administration: Creation and scheduling of backup scripts/jobs and review logs
• Knowledge of Client-Server and/or Web architecture
