To manage the rapid growth, we are looking for dynamic and hardworking individuals to join our sales team in Kakamega and Bungoma (separate positions) as Marketing Officer:

Some of the Key Specific Duties include:

• Representing Watu Credit Ltd and implementing the Company’s Marketing plan within the assigned mandate;
• Carrying out the Company’s and /or product marketing and information campaigns as designated by the Management;
• Approaching clients on stages and conducting detailed and comprehensive product presentation, answering questions of potential clients as well as recording name and phone number of clients expressing interest in financing products.
• Participating in road-shows and other events organized by partnered dealership, within the assigned mandate as approved by the Management.
• Following up on potential clients by giving them a reminding phone call and answering any potential questions regarding the product the clients might have, while proactively encouraging the client to make use of company financing services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extrovert personality.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
• Fluent English and Kiswahili in verbal and writing.
• Previous experience in Micro-finance / boda-boda industry is considered as advantage.

Salary: 30.000 KES per month gross
