    Sales and Customer Service Executive

    Job Description

    Main Roles and Responsibilities

    • Perform sales and marketing via a mix of email and social media marketing
    • Exemplary customer service of the current customers and build lasting relationships
    • Content development such as tweets and blog posts
    • Setting up customer accounts
    • Training customers on how to use our products either on site or via skype
    • Attend targeted conferences and events to market our products
    • Following up on payments from customers

    Requirements

    • Degree in Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT)
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Experience in marketing preferred
    • Be technology savvy
    • Good communication skills
    • Be willing to learn
