Sales and Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform sales and marketing via a mix of email and social media marketing
- Exemplary customer service of the current customers and build lasting relationships
- Content development such as tweets and blog posts
- Setting up customer accounts
- Training customers on how to use our products either on site or via skype
- Attend targeted conferences and events to market our products
- Following up on payments from customers
Requirements
- Degree in Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in marketing preferred
- Be technology savvy
- Good communication skills
- Be willing to learn
