Role Summary

This is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with Kenya’s leading non-bank lender. Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you will be responsible for calling prospective clients and meeting monthly sales target.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Ensure customer queries are answered satisfactorily
• Prepare and submit report in the defined format
• Meet the set monthly sales target

• You have a Diploma or a Degree in a relevant course
• You build great relationships and are a strong verbal and written communicator in English
• You can work and deliver under minimal supervision
• You are an aggressive salesperson and can convert leads to sales
• You have experience working in a similar role
