    Personal Assistant (readvertisment)

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate should be highly organized and ready to join the administration.
    Her duties  and responsibilities will be;
    • Taking minutes at meetings and preparing report.
    • Managing CEO's diary.
    • Ensuring proper communication between the C.E.O's office and other departments and stakeholders.
    • Maintaining confidential records and files.
    • Arranging for meetings,travel,transport and accommodation for the C.E.O and maintaining expenses.
    • Coordinating corporate events and functions.
    The incumbent should have the following qualifications.
    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in administration,Front office or related.
    • At least 3-5 years' of experience in a similar role in a busy work environment.
    • Must have experience working with the board and senior management and understands the demands and expectations of the Executive leadership.
    • Must demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • A people person and highly personable.
