Operational Specialist at Dahua Technology

This position is primarily responsible for establishing and implementing operation issues in Dahua Kenya Inc. Operational Specialist plays a vital role in HQ's regulation localisation, cooperation with different departments(Such as Marketing, Admin, Financial , Law deparments of Dahua HQ). At the same time, improve organization effiency and promote the achievement of organization performance.

Job Description

• Assist the establishment of organisational structure in Dahua Kenya Inc.
• Responsible for implement and localisation of Dahua HQ's regulation, establish unique workflow on the basis of local business.
• Human Resource Management. It includes assist local recruitment, conduct team building and promote the achievement of organisational performance.
• Daily Administrative Management. It includes organise meetings , take meeting minutes, output business analysis reports, purchase and manage office equipments, assist seal documents and some other admin issues.
• Coordinate with Financial, Law and Market departments of Dahua HQ to deal with local expense claim, review legal documents, and apply promotional material.
• Sales support. Assist sales engineer to deal with sales ralted issues.

Job Requirement

• Familiar with operational ,administrative, HR, marketing related knowledge, and have financial work experience is preferred
• Study minded, hard working and high efficiency
• Clear logic, strong data analysis ability
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, and team work spirit
• Ability to use English as working language
