Reporting to National Sales Manager, the role holder will be responsible for acquisition of new business within the assigned Sales locations by aggressively approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business for our coffee beverage brand as well as maintaining the already existing customers.
The role
The successful jobholder will be expected to:
Prospect and market all company products to prospective customers as we as maintaining the already existing customers.
Develop a detailed sales strategy and plan to meet set sales targets.
Implement promotion and marketing events.
Maintain high level of branding presence in retail outlets
Follow up payments and observe credit limits.
Account for distributor goods taken for sampling and van sales.
Respond to customer complaints & enquiries
Communicate with production department on product feedback
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
The successful jobholder will be required to possess the following qualifications:-
University Degree/Diploma preferably in a business related field with at least two years’ in-trade experience.
Accident free 2 years Driving &/or Motorcycle riding experience
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent planning and organization skills as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on time with minimum supervision.
Result driven with a track record of demonstrable networking, selling and negotiation skills as well as ability to identify new opportunities.
