Farm Manager -Mushroom Farming at Human Capital Solutions Services (HCSS)

An ambitious investor in farming in the Coast region of Kenya, is seeking to recruit a qualified Agronomist, who is passionate about mushroom farming and, who is ready to be stationed in the Coast region. 

Reporting to the Owner, the successful candidate should:

• Have a degree in Agricultural Sciences or any related field;
• At least four (4) years’ experience in managing mushroom commercial farms;
• Proficient in English and Kiswahili languages.
• Exercise proper hygiene;
• Have requisite knowledge on mushroom farming in Kenya;
• Be confident to work on a reward for performance basis;
• Have a high level of integrity, accountability and a capability of reporting;

A competitive package will be offered to the suitable candidate. One should be open minded enough to start off as a Consultant and evolve to being a full time resource.
