What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure Taxify has a good reputation as employer both internally and externally
• Ensure that employment relationship management is compliant with local Labour Law, other respective legal acts as well as internally agreed quality measures
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of our processes and employer brand
• Lead or participate in recruitment process
• Provide counselling, coaching and training to our people
• Ensure that correct data is entered to different systems used by accounting, People & Culture and management teams
• Implement global People & Culture projects locally and share best practices
• Contribute to the creation of attractive work atmosphere for our people

Desired Skills and Experience

• Have 3+ years of similar work experience, preferably in tech or startup company
• Have very good knowledge of local Labour Law and regulations, related education is a plus
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Have preferably previous experience of working in international and cross-border teams
• Have experience in leading projects
• Strong initiative, drive and passion in achieving results
• You are tech savvy
