Account Manager at Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL)

Our client is a leading Kenyan producer of high quality Roses whose main markets are Europe, USA, Dubai and Australia.

On behalf of the client, we seek to recruit most suitable Kenyan, highly competent, motivated and self-driven individual with excellent credentials and strategic mind to competitively fill the above aforementioned position.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with direct customers abroad;
• Manage order and correspondence with assigned customers;
• Liaise with farms to manage customer demands and also to help with development of new product lines
• Research and monitor flower market trends
• Be able to produce customer and market reports for his or her direct supervisor
• Be prepared for travel abroad for customer visits and flower shows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: – Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business or any business related qualification from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in Russian language both written and spoken mandatory
• Experience is sales and account management
• Experience working in the horticulture industry added advantage.
• Proficiency in computer applications;
• Strong communication and interpersonal;
• Ability to work with and supervise multigenerational/international staff;
