DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment of sales team
- Oversee & ensure smooth running of the day to day operations of the unit
- Identify markets for the sales team
- Performing performance appraisals for the sales team.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree or any management course
- Must have at least three (3) years’ management experience in a similar role.
- Ability to supervise a team and deliver well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to motivate a team
- Must demonstrate good communication skills both oral and written
- Demonstrable experience in the Operations function with strong planning, organizing, leadership and co-ordination skills;
- Should be able to execute with minimum supervision.
