Role profile

Reporting to the Team leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of the Insurance Agency business volumes and customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Market all insurance agency products
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and sales volume potential;
• Collect and provide customer feedback to the team leader with the aim to improve the agency’s products and services; and
• Identify opportunities for trade fairs and other events to promote the Agency’s sales and image.

Qualifications for Insurance Sales Agents

• Should be a holder of a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing or any other business related diploma/degree;
• Should have at least 1 years’ sales experience in Insurance sales;
• Should be self-driven with strong commercial orientation and ability to deliver business results;
• Must possess excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills;
• Should have strong organizational and negotiation skills and be able to respond to questions from internal and external customers.
