Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including tenant management, maintenance requests, liaison with the Landlord and provide the Landlord with Status updates. You will act as your owner of the business and manage relevant personnel within the properties you manage or are assigned to manage. You will be required to have strong business development skills to onboard new landlords into your own portfolio.
