Roles:

• Team Support:
  • Agrodealer team support
  • Supervise:Act as the Lead for the Agro dealer team call agents from all Regions of Apollo activities.
  • Supervise:Take Responsibility for the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the Ago dealer Support Team.
  • Support: Offer Technical support to Agro dealers where needed.
  • Support :Offer day to day support together with the team to Agro dealers on various activities.
  • Support:Offer Training to Newly recruited Agrodealers and Refresher training to Older and newly recruited Agro dealers on any system changes or Updates.
  • Support: Offer Payments Support together with the team to the Agro dealers to ensure live payments are actualized and report where there are delays or failures in the process.
  • Support distribution of top-ups eg solar lights,pics bags,actellic dust etc to agro-dealers.
• Inventory team support
  
  • Support:Support the Warehousing team from all Regions of Apollo activities.
  • Supervise:Take Responsibility for the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the warehousing Team.
  • Support: Offer Technical support to the warehousing team where needed.
  • Support :Offer day to day support together with the team to the warehousing team on various activities.
  • Support:Train the team from time to time on any process and or system changes or Updates.
  • Support: Offer Payments Support together with the team to the Agro dealers team to ensure live payments are actualized and report where there are delays or failures in the process.
  • Support distribution of DAP,CAN,other types of fertilizer top-ups eg solar lights,PICS bags,actellic dust etc to Agro dealers.
• Process Supervision and continuous improvement:
  
  • Monitoring of Agro dealer performance on pick ups,ensuring that we maintain a 98% pick rate at all times.
  • Ensures that all Agro dealers Maintain a stock volume/level that allows for continuous pickups and make follow ups as needed.
  • Ensures Timely Ordering and Consequent stock pick up by Agro dealers.
  • Ensures that quality and random checks take place at the agro-dealer shops to make sure that quality is guaranteed for our clients.
  • Monitoring of Agro dealer Performance on Customer Experience,we expect that all Agro dealers will support our clients to the best of their ability and knowledge and as per Apollo’s instructions to ensure the highest level of Customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring of Agro dealer Quality of inputs based on client feedback and reporting of any variations.
  • Monitoring of Agro dealer inventory movement to report on stock outs,losses or other issues at the Agro dealers .
  • Monitoring and taking responsibility for All warehouses inventory movement to report on stock levels,losses or any other issues at the warehouses.
  • Carry out Bi-weekly stock counts for all warehouse locations.
  • With support from the Operations Designers , work on improving the Apollo warehousing and inventory management process and distribution model.
  • Identify and escalate any challenges facing agro-dealers for follow up on resolutions.
• Reporting:
  
  • Reporting on inventory movements for all warehouses and being accountable for any and all losses.
  • Reporting on Customer Complains relating to any Agro dealer inventory and following up to their resolution.
  • Reporting on Agro dealer Complains relating to Quality of goods picked from a warehouse and following up to their resolution.
  • Prepare of weekly work plans and reports.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Reporting: This position reports to the Operations Designer - Logistics and Distribution .
