Key Duties & Responsibilities

Fleet & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and coordinate transportation of goods, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfilment across routes and destinations.

Driver Supervision & Performance

• Supervise drivers, monitor discipline and productivity, and ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures.

Vendor/Carrier Management & Cost Control

• Manage vendor/carrier relationships, track logistics costs, and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.

Compliance, Records & Reporting

• Maintain accurate fleet/logistics records, handle delivery-related issues, and prepare routine performance reports as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics/supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficiency in logistics/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of transport coordination, route planning, and delivery operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an added advantage.
