End User Support Engineer at First Point Group

Our client is currently looking for experienced End User Support engineer to support operations of the network.

Responsibilities Include:

• Administration and configuration of IT client hardware, software & IP telephony.
• Resolution of request fulfilment.
• Disaster Recovery of client desktop environment through the use of data restoration tools
• Hardware System administration
• Manage Change request within and external of IT to its complete process cycle where applicable.
• Documentation and Policy implementation
• Project Implementation Involvement
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory information on the organization's IT Support assets.

Competence - Advanced knowledge of:

• Microsoft certification: MCSE, MCSA, MCP
• CISCO – CCNA

Qualifications 

• University Degree or HND in any IT related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in GSM / UMTS Network Operations & Maintenance / NOC 
• ITIL Foundation
