Operations Entrepreneur at WellPower Technologies, Inc.

Someone who can perform a variety of roles in the early days from marketing, to hiring drivers, to setting metrics and keeping the team accountable. Job Responsibilities: 

• Hire, supervise, and manage the Kenya-based ground team, which includes due diligence, goal setting, as well as, providing directions and accountability.
• Manage on-the-ground operations, which includes maintaining WellPower water stations and WellPower’s Boda Boda driver base, customer support, communicating on behalf of the company with key partners, marketing and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Hire, train, supervise, support a fleet of boda boda drivers
• Will communicate with U.S.-based Management team on a daily basis.
• Must be willing to relocate or commute 5 days/week to Nakuru.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• (required) Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in STEM or Business
• Strong technical experience and skills
• Strong leadership experience and skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Located in or willing to relocate to Kenya
