Account Executive

Talent Grid Africa is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, this is an opportunity to work with a dynamic HR consulting firm that partners with organizations across Africa.

What you'll be doing:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Present tailored HR consulting solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Achieve sales targets while contributing to business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years' experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
