Accountant (Automotive) at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Requirements:

• Monthly petty cash checks and reconciliations.
• Coordination and preparation of monthly payroll.
• Follow up with the banks on payments and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Payments to suppliers.
• Regular cash report updates.
• Chasing receivables.
• Data entry of transactions.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Filing of all transactions with relevant support documents.
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Computing taxes.
• Fixed Asset register maintenance.
• Ensuring that company certificates, statutory returns and tax filing is in order.

 Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Must be a CPAK holder.
• Must have knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Must have over 3 years working as an accountant in the automotive sector.
• Must have an Impeccable integrity and diligence.
• Should have high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Should be organized, accurate and detail oriented.
