Accounts Assistant III

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture institution’s data on income receipts to ensure information on income is accurately captured, complete and current to facilitate the preparation of accurate financial statements.
- Capture expenses on various accounts to ensure the information is readily available for the preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare journal vouchers in accordance with the laid down rules and regulations.
- Ensure safe custody of records and assets under him/her.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- Part | of Certified Public Accountant (CPA I) OR Diploma in Accounts or equivalentMqualification from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting standards;
- Computer certificate:
- Have good analytical and interpretation skills,

- Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Tax Compliance Clearance, and
- Valid Certificate of Clearance from Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
