    Acquisition Associate- Seller Management

    Main Responsibilities

    • Lead the Jumia vendor acquisition strategy, meeting key targets.
    • In addition to organic growth, implement a referral campaign in order to grow our active vendor base.
    • Acquire key targeted vendors that align with our long-term strategic plan and directly interact with them in order to drive their performance.
    • Manage a team of acquisition agents, optimizing their performance, recommending processes and performance measures to improve and motivate the team in line with the company objectives.

    Job Requirements 

    • Excellent multi-tasking skills
    • Clear communication and reporting capabilities
    • Team management and leadership skills
    • 3+ years’ experience in sales.
    • Good analytical skills
