    Administration and Compliance Officer

    Job Purpose

    • To coordinate, guide and supervise office administrative services and interdepartmental support and efficiency to spur smooth operations

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate inter-departmental administrative services to spur continued smooth operations.
    • Advise on best asset management practice.
    • In charge of administration projects.
    • Coordination and monitoring of company and hired equipment.
    • Advise on policy making and implementation when it comes to resources usage.
    • Research on administrative matters and advise management.
    • Ensure compliance on occupation health and safety.
    • Ensure there is equal allocation of work resources in terms of furniture and fixtures.
    • Advise junior staff on best practice and monitor implementation of Admin SOPs.
    • Be a link between the company and service providers.
    • Coordination with the security team on asset security matters in the premises.
    • Initiate repairs, replacement or installation of any worn out or broken item.
    • Prepare External letters and communications.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time

    Qualifications Required

    • Bachelor Degree in Administration, office management or related field.
    • Proven experience of minimum 3 years working within a Corporate setting.

    Skills

    • Strong leadership skills and a good sense of management
    • Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, use of internet and email
    • Driving license or knowledge in mechanical or civil works is an added advantage.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including influencing negotiation.
