Administrative Assistant - Thika at Kenya Medical Research - KEMRI

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the research management team
• Manage and track various study calendar
• Provide logistical support for workshops and project meetings
• Prepare reports and power point presentations
• Manage and organize documents
• Manage travel
• Support with online applications and analyses when needed
• Assist in keeping track of study activities against target milestones
• Assist the Principal Investigators in preparing study implementation reports.
• Assist the Principal Investigators in their day-to-day study implementation activities
• Assist in regulatory submissions.

• Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
• Excellent communications skills

• At least two (2) years of experience.
