    Administrative Intern

    Job Education

    • Degree in business administration or a related field. Prior internships or part-time jobs in an office setting is a plus.

    Job Must Have

    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is typically required. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills for managing files, documents, and administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Attention to Detail: The ability to accurately input and review data.
    • Time Management: should be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments effectively to meet deadlines.
    • Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills is required for tasks such as data analysis or financial report preparation.
    • Professionalism: Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients. Teamwork: Being able to collaborate and work effectively within a team in the corporate environment.
