Administrative Operations Assistant at Top Image Africa

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative operations, or executive assistance
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and document management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job description:

• Follow up on reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Managing Director (MD)
• Coordinate and prepare meetings for the MD.
• Attend meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
• Track timelines and deadlines for both Regional and Kenyan projects.
• Act as a liaison between the Project Managers, Country Managers and the MD.
• Follow up on any administrative projects for the MD.
• Ensure project invoices are done and subsequent payments received from the respective Projects
