Admissions Liaison Officer at Moi Educational Centre & High School

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the key point of contact between the school, prospective families and referral partners throughout admissions.
• Coordinate and track applications, ensuring required documents are collected and processed on time.
• Organise and accompany family visits, assessments and interviews, delivering a warm and informative experience.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and provide regular liaison reports to the Admissions team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Education, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (Degree an added advantage).
• Experience working in a school setup is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and record- keeping.
