Assistant Bars Manager at Accor

Job Description

• To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests satisfaction
• To oversee daily bar operations as per the SOPs
• To participate actively in the creation of new drinks and improve presentations to achieve the overall objectives and propose variations
• To ensure correct control of beverage to avoid wastage and spoilage
• Continuously trains and develop the team to achieve set targets
• To maintain standards specification for all beverages/food & cocktails under the guidance of the Bar Manager.
• To inspect all fridges and bar stores to check expiry dates on all items.
• To ensure correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.
• To inspect all areas daily before opening according to fixed standard checklist and ensures full adherence of the closing duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Food & Beverage or related studies
• 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
