    Assistant Manager – Business Development (General Business – Non Medical)

    Duties and Responsiblities

    1. Identify, target and build new relationships with existing and potential clients for revenue growth.
    2. Develop a credible pipeline of prospective clients and growth strategies that allows for the achievement of individual monthly and annual targets.
    3. Clearly articulates value propositions to existing and prospective clients.
    4. Develops business growth strategies to help drive revenue growth.
    5. Responsible of creating targeted sales and marketing plans.
    6. Clearly understands client needs and can tailor make solutions to address the needs.
    7. Participates in product development and creation of marketing collaterals to support targeted value propositions.
    8. Take part in the development of various products distribution channels.
    9. Maintain a calendar for marketing campaigns.
    10. Foster existing relationships to protect existing books of business.
    11. Provide weekly and monthly production reports

    • 5 years relevant experience with demonstrated success in a similar position preferably within the insurance industry
    • Experience in sales with a proven track record of achievement.

    Professional and Academic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
    • Diploma in Insurance (AIIK) or ACII
