Assistant Restaurant Manager at Ole Sereni

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff schedules, and supporting hiring processes. Additional tasks include maintaining quality control, assisting in food and beverage service, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

• Knowledge in Food & Beverage operations
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
