Business Performance Analyst at Automobile Association of Kenya

Job Summary

This position is critical for identifying goals, developing best practices for data collection, analyzing current and past data, and interpreting and communicating information to the Leadership team to determine what can be improved to achieve the desired outcome. The position holder will be the driver behind our planned business growth and success. With our commitment to innovation, the business analysts will seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.

Minimum job requirements

For appointment to this position, one must possess:

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
• A degree in Business statistics/ Computer Science or any other related field.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
