Job Requirement

• Served in grade of Senior Management level or comparable and relevant position in the public service for a minimum period of 3 years                                                                                             
• master's degree in the following disciplines in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration or its recognized equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
• Demonstrate outstanding professional competence and administrative ability in the management.
• Professional qualifications will be an added advantage

Job Description

• Coordinating the Administrative functions in the Borough
• Overseeing the affairs of a Borough with the guidance of the County Secretary and County Chief Officer:
• Advising the County Secretary and the County Chief Officer on all matters pertaining to the borough:
• Integrating, implementing and overseeing Borough and County policies, goals and objectives to the County programs:
• Developing and updating the Borough strategies in line with the overall vision and mission of the County:
