    BPO Sales Development Representative- B2B

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Generate new sales opportunities 
    • Build outbound campaigns and establish initial contact with key decision makers and set conversations for internal sales agents 
    • Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline for our sales agents 
    • Identify basic alignment between prospect challenges and the Company’s capabilities and then hand off qualified opportunities to sales agents 
    • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the Company 
    • Effectively segment prospects based upon current market and opportunity sizing 
    • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email - converting suspects to prospects 
    • Partner with our experienced sales agents to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills 
    • Meet daily and weekly activity-based metrics (dials, conversations, qualified opportunities), logged into CRM 
    • Manage prospecting status and forecasting in CRM 
    • Other duties as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

    • Effective verbal skills to gain trust and interest of contacts via the phone 
    • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, including C-level communication 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills 
    • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace 
    • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities 
    • Outstanding phone presence and business acumen 

    Education & Experience 

    • High School Diploma required 
    • Minimum 1 year of PEO experience and B2B lead generation experience
    • Computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably with CRMs
