Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet (including customer service, human resource management, and sales activities) to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
Be accountable for sales performance and the achievement of approved financial objectives.
Procure goods and services based on stock levels, demand, and operational requirements.
Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
Lead, motivate, assess, and develop staff to enhance performance and skills.
Prepare staff schedules, allocate responsibilities, and coordinate daily shop activities.
Monitor the quality of products and services provided to customers.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues in line with applicable laws and internal procedures.
Manage daily cash collections and ensure secure and accurate reconciliation.
Carry out regular, periodic, and spot stock inventories.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business related field
4+years of branch/ store management experience in the retail industry
Experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.
Conversant and Knowledgeable in the use of ERP.
Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills
Good communication and stakeholder management ability
