The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence, and enhance collaboration with distributors and retail partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of trade promotions, in-store activations, and merchandising programs to increase sell-through.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support channel-focused initiatives and enhance market execution.
• Evaluate market trends, consumer insights, and sales performance data to refine and improve trade marketing strategies.
• Oversee trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment.
• Manage the creation, distribution, and deployment of point-of-sale and promotional materials.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet (including customer service, human resource management, and sales activities) to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Be accountable for sales performance and the achievement of approved financial objectives.
• Procure goods and services based on stock levels, demand, and operational requirements.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
• Lead, motivate, assess, and develop staff to enhance performance and skills.
