REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of a diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related business field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in microfinance with strong knowledge of lending operations
- Proven ability to drive branch growth and achieve sales targets
- Proficient in loan management systems
- Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff
