    REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of a diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related business field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in microfinance with strong knowledge of lending operations
    • Proven ability to drive branch growth and achieve sales targets
    • Proficient in loan management systems
    • Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff

    • 2+ years in Sales Team Management 3+ years in Microfinance (Logbook Loans)
    • Strong knowledge of Logbook Loan Financing
