The Opportunity
As a KUZA Brand Ambassador, you'll be responsible for driving product awareness, customer acquisition and adoption across your assigned market.
You'll build trusted relationships with retailers, educate customers on the benefits of KUZA and ensure they have the support they need to confidently use the platform.

What You'll Be Doing
Grow the KUZA Customer Base
- Promote the KUZA financing solution within your assigned market.
- Educate retailers, distributors and prospective customers on the product, eligibility requirements and financing process.
- Identify, recruit and onboard eligible retailers onto the KUZA platform.
- Ensure all customer registration and verification requirements are completed accurately.
Support Customer Success
- Train customers on platform usage, loan applications and repayments.
- Promote responsible borrowing and product utilisation.
- Provide ongoing support to customers throughout their financing journey.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.
Build Strong Market Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market activations to increase awareness and customer engagement.
- Drive customer acquisition, activation and retention.
- Identify opportunities to grow KUZA within your assigned territory.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor customer performance and encourage timely loan repayments.
- Gather customer feedback and competitor insights.
- Prepare regular market activity and performance reports for management.
What We're Looking For
Essential
We're looking for someone who has:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a elated field.
- 2–3 years' experience in brand ambassadorship, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, insurance or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in customer engagement, relationship management and field sales.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, product promotion and onboarding processes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile-based digital platforms.
- Fluency in both English and Swahili.
Desirable
It would be an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with retailers, distributors or SMEs.
- Experience within the fintech, financial services, FMCG or insurance sectors.
- Ability to communicate in local languages spoken within the assigned region.
